We recently stayed at a fantastic hotel located on a main avenue, offering easy access to all the attractions. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff available 24/7. Our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a sitting area and a patio to relax on. The amenities provided, including free toiletries and a hairdryer, were a nice touch. The location was excellent, within walking distance to most sites in the city and also close to bus terminals. The staff were very friendly and helpful, organizing local transportation for us and even providing free coffee in the morning. The hotel also had a great convenience factor, with a nearby grocery store and restaurants for dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for a positive experience.

Great stay in the city center with helpful staff. Walking distance to all central attractions, grocery stores, and good restaurants. Clean and well-maintained facilities, good Wi-Fi, and a simple breakfast provided.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! We were able to walk to all the main attractions within minutes. The room size was also a pleasant surprise, with ample space to move around, and a cozy sitting area to relax in. And the cleanliness was impeccable, making our stay even more comfortable.
Our room was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep soundly. We could hear outside noises and loud voices at night, which was a bit frustrating.

Enjoyable Christmas Stay We recently stayed at a hotel in Cuernavaca for Christmas and had a wonderful experience. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We appreciated the easy access to the main bus terminal and the nearby supermarket. the breakfast offered was simple but delicious, and the room was clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous pool area and spent much of our time lounging in the sun.
We found that we could hear our neighbors quite easily and had some trouble sleeping because of it.

Great location! Really close to the city center and major bus terminals. The room had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The staff were always friendly and helpful, giving us tips on how to make the most of our trip. The breakfast was simple yet tasty. We especially enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere.
The room was not soundproof and we could hear some noise from outside.
